Verify with the rental
property that they are a current GoPromo member or client participating in
the $125.00 Apartment Rebate Program.
Fill out a guest card for
the property you are interested in. When visiting a property, you or
your leasing agent must put in writing that you used "GoPromo" to find
your apartment. It is very important to let the property's
leasing agent know you found their property using a GoPromo publication by
writing "GoPromo" on any and all paperwork you are asked to complete (such
as a guest card or lease application). Without this written proof that you
found your apartment through a GoPromo website, GoPromo Apartment Guides
or GoPromo Postcard you may jeopardize your ability to collect the $125.
When you fill out the application, let the leasing agent know that you
would like to be eligible for the $125 cash rebate from GoPromo.
You must submit your $125 claim within 60 days of moving into your new
apartment home.
Your name must appear on the lease agreement as a leaseholder.
You must sign a one year lease, move in to your apartment home and reside
there for more than 91 days or the $125 is refundable to "GoPromo".
You must sign a new lease at a property you found using a "GoPromo"
publication. A $125 check will not be granted for renewing an
existing lease. If you (or anyone leasing with you) have signed a
previous lease agreement you will not qualify to receive the $125.
If you found the property using services or persons other than
"GoPromo" with a guest card as proof, you will not qualify to receive the
$125.

Only one person per lease is eligible to receive the $125. Only one
$125 will be granted per lease signed. If different co-signers of
the same lease submit separate claim forms requesting $125, it will be
divided equally. |
