GoPromo will establish a community website that includes a domain name, pictures, community information, unit information and rental rates. We will register the community domain name with the search engines each month. Each community receives an 800 phone number that is recorded and tracked for management. Management has the ability to listen to calls for quality control purposes. All website inquiries are emailed to management and faxed to leasing agents. The community website/ domain name is linked to other websites to increase their position on the search engines. Managers control their community website pages via the Internet, from pictures to text.

All visitors are emailed a Thank You for visiting and previewing your community on GoPromo.com, all users that have checked for availability or requested a brochure from your community are emailed a seven day follow-up to verify that the community did call or mail a brochure as requested.

Once a month every person who visits your GoPromo website receives an email billboard promoting your community and current rates.

All 800 phone numbers are reviewed throughout the day for missed callers or un-answered callers.

All visitors who visit your community and provide an address are mailed a $125 rebate postcard to motivate them to lease with you.

GoPromo.com and its clients are randomly promoted with ads in local publications or newspapers.

GoPromo Apartment Shoppers/ Relocation Staff will direct prospective residents to your community.
